Qingdao Nissin Food Machinery Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Qingdao Beverage Group Co., Ltd. Its predecessor was a Sino Japanese joint venture established in 1989. It was the first Sino Japanese joint venture food packaging machinery enterprise in China. Currently, it is the vice chairman unit of the China Food and Packaging Machinery Industry Association and a "specialized, refined, and innovative" product (technology) enterprise in Qingdao. It was once listed as a key backbone enterprise of the Ministry of Machinery Industry of China. The company currently owns 15 patented technologies and 3 software copyrights. The "Riqing" brand has won the titles of Famous Trademark in Shandong Province and Famous Brand in Qingdao City. It was awarded the Golden Elephant Award at the Thailand International Food Processing Expo and the Gold Award at the 4th China International Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Exhibition.
